【中文摘要】 從一系列靈芝(Ganoderma sp.)菌種中篩選出多糖產(chǎn)量高、生長快的紫靈芝菌株(G.japoncium),研究了不同氮源、碳源及金屬離子對紫靈芝產(chǎn)多糖的影響。結(jié)果表明,以2%的蔗糖為碳源,0.2%的豆餅粉為氮源,0.2%的FeSO4為培養(yǎng)基可獲得較高多糖。發(fā)酵罐放大實驗表明,采用同樣的培養(yǎng)基,每100mL發(fā)酵液胞外粗多糖含量可高達181.7mg,每100mL發(fā)酵液菌絲體含量可高達151.0mg,發(fā)酵過程中pH值的變化比較緩和,相對搖瓶生長,發(fā)酵生產(chǎn)可獲得更多的靈芝多糖。
【英文摘要】 A strain of Ganoderma japonicum was selected from seven Ganoderma test strains based on a higher mycelial growth rate and ability to produce higher levels of polysaccharide. Comparison of selected nutritional parameters affecting polysaccharide production in small-scale submerged flask cultures revealed that a fermentation medium containing 2% sucrose as carbon source, 0.2% bean cake as nitrogen source, and supplemented with 0.2% FeSO_4 yielded peak amounts of 181.7 mg crude polysaccharide and 151.0 mg fungal biomass per 100 mL fermentation liquid. However, compared with the flask cultures, higher yields of G. japonicum polysaccharide were obtained by submerged culture in a fermenter.
