【英文摘要】 Mycelial growth rates and growth vigor, fruit body yields and characteristics, and cultivation periods of 13 Pleurotus eryngii strains were determined in order to screen for high quality strains suitable for industrial cultivation. Strong growth vigor, highest average yields per bottle (145.3 g) and highest average weight per fruit body (39.8 g) were recorded for strain 3. These values were 14.3 g and 4 g higher, respectively than controls. Fruit bodies of this strain also exhibited excellent characteristics (solid, long stipe with wide girth, gray cap with a slightly larger diameter than the stipe) and the cultivation period was 52 days (2 days shorter than controls).
