【英文摘要】 Qualitative and quantitative analyses of the total flavones in ethanol-water extracts of Phellinus spp. have been undertaken using UV- and NaNO_ 2 -Al(NO_ 3 )_ 3 -based colorimetric assays. Both methods showed high levels of precision, reproducibility and recovery, and a linear relationship between absorbance value and flavone concentration over specified ranges. Both assays appear equally valid for determining the total flavone content of Phellinus spp.
