【中文摘要】 研究了不同碳源、氮源、碳氮比、無(wú)機(jī)鹽及其濃度對(duì)白靈側(cè)耳菌絲生長(zhǎng)的影響。結(jié)果表明,白靈側(cè)耳菌絲生長(zhǎng)的最適碳源是葡萄糖;最適氮源是蛋白胨;最適碳氮比為20∶1;促進(jìn)菌絲生長(zhǎng)的最適KH2PO4、MgSO4濃度分別為0.3%、0.1%;最適NaCl、KCl、CaSO4.2H2O濃度均為0.5%;CaSO4.2H2O對(duì)菌絲生長(zhǎng)的促進(jìn)作用最大;H3BO3對(duì)菌絲生長(zhǎng)的影響最小;ZnSO4.7H2O對(duì)白靈側(cè)耳菌絲生長(zhǎng)有明顯的抑制作用。
【英文摘要】 Effects of different carbon and nitrogen sources,C/N ratio,inorganic salts on the mycelium growth of Pleurotus nebrodensis were studied.The results showed that the optimum carbon source,nitrogen source were glucose and peptone.The optimum ratio of C/N was 20:1.The optimum concentrations of KH_2PO_4,MgSO_4,NaCl,KCl,CaSO_4·2H_2O were 0.3%,0.1%,0.5%,0.5% and 0.5% respectively.Among the inorganic salts tested,CaSO_4·2H_2O was the best on the mycelium growth;and the H_3BO_3 was the least.ZnSO_4·7H_2O obviously inhibited the mycelium growth of P.nebrodensis.
