【中文摘要】 草菇子實(shí)體經(jīng)不同劑量60Co γ射線輻照后,置于16℃、無(wú)光照的生化培養(yǎng)箱中貯藏6d。結(jié)果表明,0.4kGy劑量輻照對(duì)草菇的保鮮效果最好。對(duì)不同劑量處理的草菇進(jìn)行生理生化分析表明,其蛋氨酸含量、呼吸強(qiáng)度等指標(biāo)均明顯低于對(duì)照;粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纖維、氨基酸總量等指標(biāo)與對(duì)照差異不大。
【英文摘要】 <Abstrcat> The Volvariella volvacea fresh fruitbodies treated with different doses of 60Co-γ ray were preservated in biochemical incubator at 16℃ for 6d without light. The fresh-keeping effect of 0.4kGy irradiation dose was the best. The analysis results showed that the methionine content and respiration intensity of V. volvacea treated with different doses of 60Co-γ ray was significantly lower than that of the CK and that there was no distinctive variance between the groups treated with different doses of 60Co-γ ray and the CK in the content of crude protein, crude fat, crude fibre and amino acids.
