【中文摘要】 試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,白靈菇(Pleurotusnebrodensis) 液體菌種的適宜培養(yǎng)基配方為玉米粉3%,蔗糖3%,蛋白胨0 .5 %,KH2 PO4 0 .1%,MgSO4 0 .0 5 %和VB10 .0 0 1%;最適培養(yǎng)條件是初始pH6,培養(yǎng)溫度2 6℃,培養(yǎng)時(shí)間5d ,2 5 0mL三角瓶裝液量70mL ,搖床轉(zhuǎn)速15 0r/min ,接種量8%～10 %。栽培試驗(yàn)表明,液體菌種可以明顯加快菌絲生長速度,生物學(xué)效率也高于固體菌種(對照)。
【英文摘要】 <Abstrcat> The experimental results showed that the optimum medium composition of Pleurotus nebrodensis liquid spawn was corn powder 3%,sucrose 3%, peptone 0.5%,KH_2PO_4 0.1%,MgSO_4 0.05%,VB_10.001%,and that the optimum culture condition was initial pH6, culture temperature 26℃, culture time 5d,medium capacity 70mL/250mL flask, rocking bed rotation rate 150r/min and inoculation rate 8%～10%.The results of the cultivation experiment showed that the mycelial growth rate of liquid spawn was faster than that of the solid spawn,and the biological efficiency was higher than that of the solid spawn.
