【中文摘要】 對峙培養(yǎng)試驗結果表明 ,長根金錢菌對玉米小斑病菌菌絲生長有很強的拮抗作用。L16 (4 5)正交試驗結果表明 ,以玉米粉 4 % ,蔗糖 3% ,黃豆粉 0 .5 % ,蛋白胨 0 .2 %為培養(yǎng)基 ,初始pH6時 ,液體培養(yǎng)長根金錢菌發(fā)酵液對玉米小斑病菌菌絲生長的抑制作用最強 ,抑制率與長根金錢菌的生物量呈顯著正相關。發(fā)酵液中的粗蛋白對玉米小斑病菌菌絲生長有極顯著的抑制作用 ,但粗多糖對玉米小斑病菌菌絲生長沒有抑制作用
【英文摘要】 The significant antagonism of Oudemansiella radicata to Bipolaris maydis was found in the antagnistic test. And the results of L16(45)orthogonal test of O. radicata in submerged culture proved that the broth had the strongest antagonism to the mycelial growth of B. maydis, when the submerged-culture medium was composed of corn meal 4%, sucrose 3%, soybean meal 0.5% and peptone 0.2% with the initial pH being 6.0. Furthermore, there was a significant positive correlation between the mycelial biomass of O. radiacate and the inhibition rate of broth to the mycelial growth of B. maydis, and the crude protein in the broth significantly inhibited the mycelial growth of B. maydis, but the crude polysaccharide did not have such inhibition effect.
