【中文摘要】 從姬松茸子實體的熱水提取物中分離純化出組分ABP Ⅱ a。高壓液相層析測得其相對分子量為52500,紅外掃描顯示有典型的多糖吸收峰。氣相色譜分析表明,其單糖組成為葡萄糖、甘露糖、半乳糖和少量阿拉伯糖,摩爾比為35.24∶5.19∶1.91∶1。
【英文摘要】 A kind of polysaccharide ABP-Ⅱ-a from Agaricus blazei was isolated from hot water extract of A. blazei fruitbodies. The relative molecular weight of ABP-Ⅱ-a determined by HPLC was 52500. And the typical polysaccharide absorption peaks were exposed by infrared scanning.The components of ABP-Ⅱ-a were identified by gas chromatography(GC). While the result of GC analysis indicated that ABP-Ⅱ-a was composed of glucose, mannose, galactose and arabinose, with a molar ratio of 35.24∶5.19∶1.91∶1.
