【中文摘要】 研究結(jié)果表明,培養(yǎng)雞腿蘑液體菌種的適宜培養(yǎng)基配方為蔗糖2%,玉米粉3%,麥麩4%,酵母粉0.5%,KH2PO40.25%,MgSO4·7H2O0.1%,pH6.2;最適培養(yǎng)條件是250mL三角瓶裝液量60mL,接種量5%,搖床轉(zhuǎn)速120r min,培養(yǎng)6d。利用液體菌種擴繁固體生產(chǎn)種,可以明顯縮短菌種生產(chǎn)周期。

【英文摘要】 The experimental results showed that the optimum medium of Coprinus comatus liquid spawn was sucrose 2%,corn powder 3%,wheat bran 4%,yeast powder 0.5%,KH_2PO_4 0.25%,MgSO_4·7H_2O 0.1%,and that the optimum culture conditions were as follows: initial pH6.2,medium capacity 60mL/250mL flask, rocking bed rotation rate 120r/min, inoculation rate 5% and the culture period of about 6 days. And the culture period will be shortened significantly if liquid spawn was used to breed the solid culture spawn.
