【中文摘要】 介紹了食(藥)用菌多糖的免疫增強(qiáng)作用機(jī)制。食(藥)用菌多糖主要有雜多糖、甘露聚糖、葡聚糖、糖蛋白和多糖肽,具有活性的食(藥)用菌多糖免疫增強(qiáng)作用機(jī)制是從免疫器官、免疫細(xì)胞和免疫分子各層次上刺激巨噬細(xì)胞、淋巴細(xì)胞、T細(xì)胞、B細(xì)胞、NK細(xì)胞、LAK細(xì)胞和紅細(xì)胞,增加這些細(xì)胞的數(shù)量,增強(qiáng)其細(xì)胞活性,促使其發(fā)揮作用。
【英文摘要】 The mechanism of immuno-potentiation effect of polysaccharides from edible-medicinal fungi was reported. Polysaccharides from edible-medicinal fungi were mainly constituted of heteropolysaccharide, mannan, glucan, glycoprotein and polysaccharide peptide. The mechanism of immuno-potentiation effect of edible-medicinal fungi polysaccharides was to stimulate macrophage, lymphocyte, T cell, B cell, NK-cell, LAK-cell and red blood cell from various levels of immunological organ, immunocyte and immunological molecule in order to increase the number of these cells, to potentiate their bio-activity and to promote bringing their effect into full play.
