【中文摘要】 試驗(yàn)測(cè)定了香菇菌絲在分離大豆蛋白廢水液體培養(yǎng)基中生長時(shí),分離大豆蛋白廢水培養(yǎng)液主要化學(xué)成分和香菇菌絲體生物量的變化。結(jié)果表明,CODcr去除率為80.3%,BOD5去除率為71.4%,總有機(jī)物的去除率為76%,分離大豆蛋白廢水中的香菇菌絲生物量第7天最高,達(dá)13.07g/100mL(濕重)。同時(shí),還研究了香菇菌絲培養(yǎng)過程中淀粉酶和纖維素酶活力的變化。
【英文摘要】 Main chemical compositions and the biomass of L.edodes mycelia (wet weight) in the waste water isolated soybean protein were tested and analyzed. The experiment results showed that the eliminative rate of CODcr, BOD5 and the total organic matter was 80.3%, 71.4% and 76% resp., and that the biomass of L.edodes mycelia in the waste water isolated soybean protein was the highest in the seventh day of culture, it reached as high as 13.07g/100mL. At the same time, activity of amylase and cellulase was also studied in this paper.
