【中文摘要】 蜜環(huán)菌(Armillariellamellea)不同菌株與天麻(Gastrodiaelata)進(jìn)行伴栽試驗(yàn),研究蜜環(huán)菌不同菌株對(duì)天麻產(chǎn)量的影響。結(jié)果表明,蜜環(huán)菌不同菌株對(duì)天麻產(chǎn)量具有一定的影響,蜜環(huán)菌菌株M1能顯著提高天麻產(chǎn)量,室內(nèi)瓶栽和室內(nèi)地栽(室內(nèi)地面覆土栽培)試驗(yàn)均表現(xiàn)出良好的伴栽效果,適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)。

【英文摘要】 The cultivation test was made to study the effect of different strains of Armillariella mellea on the yield of Gastrodiaelata. The results showed that different strains of Armillariella mellea had certain effect on the yield of Gastrodia elata. Strain M_1 provided by Yichang Microbiology Institute was screened out to be the optimum strain which greatly increased the yield of Gastrodia elata. Gastrodia elata cultivated with strain M_1 of A. mellea achieved the highest yield both in the indoor bottle cultivation and in the indoor ground casing cultivation.
