【中文摘要】 研究結(jié)果表明 ,阿魏蘑最適培養(yǎng)料配方為棉籽殼 86 % ,麥麩 10 % ,玉米粉 3% ,石膏1% ,最適栽培方式為脫袋豎向畦栽 ,覆土至菌棒 3/ 4處 ,每袋裝干料 30 0 g ,生物學(xué)效率可達(dá)12 2 .6 7%。

【英文摘要】 The effects of carbon sources, nitorgen sources, C∶N ratio and pH on the biomass of submerged culture of Agrocybe agerita were studied by analytical technique of single factor. The results showed that the optimal carbon source, nitrogen source, C∶N ratio and pH were glucose, peptone, 60∶1 and 6 respectively.
