【英文摘要】 Fungus polysaccharides are regarded as one of the most promising new resources of nutraceuticals and drugs. More and more studies are focused on the bio activities of fungus polysaccharides. They are also the hot spot of studies on the functional factors of health food. And recent studies both at home and abroad on the bio activities of fungus polysaccharides were reviewed in this paper.
