【中文摘要】 本研究運用五元二次正交旋轉回歸組合設計進行了醋糟栽培猴頭菌高產配方的初步篩選 ,并對猴頭菌生育期間營養(yǎng)利用規(guī)律及酶活變化規(guī)律進行了探討。結果表明 ,醋糟配料中的麩皮、黃豆粉和過磷酸鈣與配料中的其它輔料通過互作產生了增產效應。經優(yōu)化篩選 ,獲得醋糟栽培猴頭菌的兩種高產配方 :①醋糟 4 4.12 % ,鋸末 2 5 % ,麥麩 2 0 % ,玉米粉 0 .6 3% ,黃豆粉5 % ,過磷酸鈣 2 .2 5 % ,石膏 2 % ,白糖 1% ;②醋糟 4 3.5 0 % ,鋸末 30 % ,麥麩 11.2 5 % ,玉米粉 5 % ,黃豆粉 5 % ,過磷酸鈣 2 .2 5 % ,石膏 2 % ,白糖 1%。猴頭菌菌絲生長階段主要降解木質素 ,而子實體生長階段主要降解纖維素和半纖維素 ,且漆酶、愈創(chuàng)木酚氧化酶、纖維素酶、半纖維素酶酶活性的變化與木質素、纖維素及半纖維素的降解規(guī)律一致。
【英文摘要】 The quadratic orthogonal rotational regression combination design with five factors was used to screen the high yield formulae of vinegar distillers' grain compost for Hericium erinaceus in this paper. And the utilization law of nutritional components and the change law of extracellular enzyme activity during the whole growth period of H. erinaceus were investigated too. The results showed that the yield-increment effect was produced through the interaction of wheat bran, soybean powder and superphosphate in the vinegar distillers' grain with other subsidiary components. And it was proved in our optimization screening that the formulae of vinegar distillers' grain 44.12%, sawdust 25%, wheat bran 20%, corn meal 0.63%, soybean powder 5%, superphosphate 2.25%, gypsum 2% and sugar 1%, or vinegar distillers' grain 43.50%, sawdust 30%, wheat bran 11.25%, corn meal 5%, soybean powder 5%, superphosphate 2.25%, gypsum 2% and sugar 1% were two optimum formulae. While it was also confirmed in our...更多 test that lignin was mainly decomposed during the vegetative growth period of H. erinaceus, and cellulose and hemicellulose were mainly decomposed during the reproductive growth period of H. erinaceus.
