【中文摘要】 將長根菇的細(xì)胞核與雞菌的原生質(zhì)體在高鈣、高 pH條件下融合 ,得到的單核、無鎖狀聯(lián)合的菌株ZHCJ1、ZHCJ2經(jīng)融合核分裂技術(shù)處理后 ,分別得到一系列雙核、有鎖狀聯(lián)合的菌株ZHCJ11、ZHCJ12、ZHCJ13和ZHCJ2 1、ZHCJ2 2、ZHCJ2 3。聚丙烯酰胺凝膠電泳結(jié)果表明 ,單核菌株間及其衍生的雙核菌株在酶譜上存在明顯的差異 ,它們的酶帶已明顯不同于親本菌株。
【英文摘要】 Monokaryon strains ZHCJ1 and ZHCJ2,without clamp connection, were obtained from the nucleus of Oudemansiella radicata and protoplasts of Termitomyces albuminosus fused under high calcium concentration and high pH conditions; and dikaryon strains ZHCJ11, ZHCJ12, ZHCJ13 and ZHCJ21,ZHCJ22,ZHCJ23, with clamp connection, were derived from monokaryon strains by dikaryolization. It was showed in PAGE-electrophoresis result that the esterase isozyme zymogram of monokaryon strains was obviously different from that of dikaryon strains derived from them, and it was also different from that of their parent strains.
