【中文摘要】 采用姬松茸懸浮細胞系研究鎘、磷、鈣在細胞中的積累和分布特征及其交互作用。結果表明 ,培養(yǎng)基中低濃度鎘能促進姬松茸細胞的生長 ,姬松茸細胞能大量積累鎘。鎘、磷、鈣大部分被截留在細胞壁上 ,小部分進入細胞質(zhì)和液泡內(nèi)。細胞含鎘量隨培養(yǎng)基中鎘濃度的提高而提高 ,但鈣和磷含量卻隨之下降。高濃度鈣和磷能有效地降低細胞中的鎘含量。
【英文摘要】 The accumulation and distribution of cadmium, phosphorus and calcium and their interactions in A. blazei Murrill cells were studied using the suspension cell system of A. blazei. The results showed that low concentration of cadmium in the culture medium could improve the growth of A. blazei Murrill cells. The A. blazei Murrill cells could accumulate a lot of cadmium from the culture medium. Most of the cadmium, phosphorus and calcium were accumulated in cell wall, only a little were accumulated in cytoplasm and vacuole. The content of cadmium in A. blazei cells increased with the increment of the concentration of cadmium in the culture media, while the content of calcium and phosphorus in A. blazei cells reduced. And the high concentration of calcium and phosphorus could effectively reduce the cadmium content in A. blazei Murrill cells.
