【中文摘要】 經(jīng)三次篩選試驗 ,從 2 9個菌株中選出高產(chǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)菌株———灰西組織分離菌株。在三種培養(yǎng)料配方試驗中 ,發(fā)現(xiàn)最佳配方為 :棉籽殼 30 % ,木屑 30 % ,麩皮 2 0 % ,玉米粉 5 % ,石膏粉1% ,蔗糖 1% ,細(xì)土 13%。

【英文摘要】 Huixi tissue isolation strain (Huixi TIS ),with high yield and good quality,was screened as the optimun strain through 3 screening tests from 29 strains. And formula ② (cotton seed hull 30%,sawdust 30%, wheat bran 20%, corn meal 5%, gypsum powder 1%, sugar 1% and fine soil 13%) was found to be the optimum formula in the comparative test of 3 compost formulae.
