【中文摘要】 采用垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝膠電泳技術(shù) ,研究了不同硒濃度對(duì)金針菇 0 0 1號(hào)菌株不同生長(zhǎng)期菌絲體酯酶同工酶活性和可溶性蛋白合成的影響。結(jié)果表明 ,低濃度硒可提高酶活性并促進(jìn)蛋白質(zhì)合成 ,而高濃度硒則產(chǎn)生抑制作用
【英文摘要】 The effect of different Se concentrations on the esterase isozyme activity and soluble protein synthesis of the mycelia of Flammulina velutipes 001 strain at different vegetative periods was studied with orthogonal slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that low Se concentration could increase the activity of esterase isozyme and accelerate the synthesis of soluble protein, while high Se concentration had inhibitive effect.
