【中文摘要】 羧甲基茯苓多糖 (CMP) 2 5mg/kg~ 5 0 0mg/kg腹腔注射對ICR/JCL小鼠腫瘤U- 14 的抑制率為 75 .5 %~ 92 .7% ;CMP 5mg/kg~ 5 0mg/kg靜脈注射對昆明種小鼠S- 180 肉瘤的抑制率為34 .8%~ 61.0 % ;CMP 2 5mg/kg~ 10 0mg/kg靜脈注射對昆明種小鼠肝癌H2 2 的抑制率為 2 0 .1%~36.7% ;0 .2 5 %~ 0 .5 %的CMP對小鼠艾氏腹水癌瘤細胞的抑制率為 5 4 .7%~ 61.7%。CMP能明顯增強荷瘤小鼠腹腔巨噬細胞的吞噬功能 ,明顯增加小鼠脾抗體分泌細胞數(shù) (PFC)以及特異的抗原結(jié)合細胞數(shù) (SRFC) ,明顯增強小鼠對牛血清白蛋白 (BSA)誘導的遲發(fā)型超敏反應 (DTH) ,明顯增強小鼠脾T細胞生長因子 (TCGF)的生長 ,這可能是其增強免疫應答功能及抑瘤率的機制之一
【英文摘要】 The experiment result showed that the suppressive rate of 25mg/kg~500mg/kg CMP by abdominal cavity injection on ICR/JCL mice tumor U -14 was 75.5%~92.7%, the suppressive rate of 5 mg/kg~50mg/kg CMP by vein injection on Kumming mice S -180 was 34.8%~61.0%, the suppressive rate of 25mg/kg~100mg/kg CMP by vein injection on Kumming mice liver cancer H 22 was 20.1%~36.7%,and the suppressive rate of 0.25%~0.5% CMP on the cell of Ellce ascitic tumor of the mice in vitro was 54.7%~61.7%. CMP could significantly improve the phagocytosis of abdominal cavity macrophage of the mice with tumor, greatly increase the number of the spleen PFC and SRFC, significanfly strengthen the DTH induced by BSA and stimulate the growth of TCGF, which was suggested to be one of the mechanisms of enhancing the immunological responsive function and tumor-suppressive rate of the mice.
