【中文摘要】 采用氣相色譜法分析了虎奶菇的脂肪酸組成。其主要脂肪酸成分軟脂酸 (C16∶0 )和亞油酸 (C18∶2 )在菌核和子實(shí)體中分別占 19.1%、18%和 68.4 %、62 .1% ,其中多不飽和脂肪酸亞油酸占優(yōu)勢(shì) ,表明虎奶菇菌核和子實(shí)體可作為藥材開(kāi)發(fā)利用
【英文摘要】 Gas chromatography was used to analyse the compositions of fatty acids in the sclerotium and fruitbody of Pleurotus tuber regium Sing.. The results showed that its main fatty acid compositions were soft fatty acids (C 16∶0 ) and linoleic acids (C 18∶2 ),which were 19.1%, 18% and 68.4%, 62.1% of the total fatty acid content in the sclerotia and fruitbodies of P. tuber regiun resp., and that the sclerotia and fruitbodies of P. tuber regium were worth being developed and used as medicinal materials.
