【中文摘要】 茶薪菇培養(yǎng)料中茶枝屑用量為 57.1%的處理 ,其生物學(xué)效率可達(dá) 70 .5%。以茶枝屑為主料生產(chǎn)的茶薪菇與以棉籽殼為主料生產(chǎn)的茶薪菇相比 ,其氨基酸總量可提高 19.8% ,其中人體必需氨基酸、兒童必需氨基酸、鮮味氨基酸和甜味氨基酸含量分別提高 8.8%、31.6%、39.9%和 13.7%。
【英文摘要】 The compositions of the compost used to cultivate Agrocybe chaxingu were studied. The result showed that the biological efficiency of A.chaxingu was as high as 70.5% when tea twig powder content in the compost was 57.1%, and that the content of the total amino acids, the essential amino acids, the essential amino acids for children, the delicious amino acids and the sweet amino acids of A.chaxingu cultivated with tea twig powder compost were 19.8%, 8.8%, 31.6%, 39.9% and 13.7% higher than that of A.chaxingu cultivated with cotton seed hull compost resp..
