【中文摘要】 將土樣制備成稀釋液 ,采用平板涂布培養(yǎng)法 ,分析雙孢蘑菇覆土期、充分發(fā)菌期、原基形成期、采收前和采收后 2d 5個(gè)時(shí)期土樣中幾種有益微生物的消長(zhǎng)規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明 ,原基形成前和采收后 ,乳白色芽孢桿菌 (Bacillus)、固氮菌 (Azotobacter)和假單胞桿菌 (Pseudomonas)數(shù)量增加 ;鏈霉菌 (Streptomyces)數(shù)量增減比較平緩 ;而土灰色芽孢桿菌的數(shù)量一直呈下降趨勢(shì)
【英文摘要】 The growth and decline regularity of beneficial microbes in the casing soil was analyzed by means of plate cultivation of the diluent prepared with the soil samples collected during the different growth periods of Agaricus bisporus —— the periods of the soil casing, full spawn-run, primordium formation, before the harvest and 2 days after the harvest. The results showed that the quantity of milky Bacillus, Azotobacter and Pseudomonas increased before the primordium formation and after the harvest of A.bisporus, the quantity of Streptomyces changed smoothly, while the quantity of ashy Bacillus tended to decrease continuously.
