【中文摘要】 灰樹花子實體與深層發(fā)酵菌絲體的氨基酸、粗多糖、微量元素的分析結(jié)果表明 ,灰樹花子實體與深層發(fā)酵菌絲體的營養(yǎng)組成相近 ,深層發(fā)酵菌絲體中As、Pb的含量大大低于子實體中的含量 ,而Hg的含量與子實體的相近 ,表明灰樹花深層發(fā)酵菌絲體可以替代子實體作為產(chǎn)品深度開發(fā)的原料
【英文摘要】 The analysis and comparison of amino acids and crude polysaccharides as well as trace elements in the fruitbodies and submerged cultivated mycelia of Grifola frondosa show that the nutrition composition and Hg content in the fruitbodies and submerged cultivated mycelia are almost the same. While As and Pb contents of the mycelia are greatly lower than that of the fruitbodies. Therefore, the submerged cultivated mycelia of G.frondosa could be substituted for fruitbodies as raw materials of deepgoing developed product of G.frondosa.
