【中文摘要】 采用串并聯(lián)通氣栽培法 ,研究了CO2 濃度對灰樹花 (Grifolafrondosa)、靈芝 (Gano dermalucidum)、猴頭菌 (Hericiumerinaceus)和草菇V35(Volvariellavolvacea)菌絲生長的影響。結(jié)果表明 ,在供氧充分、低CO2 濃度環(huán)境中 ,灰樹花、草菇V35菌絲生長量最大 ,隨CO2 濃度增高 ,菌絲生長量呈降低趨勢 ;而相對較高的CO2 濃度能加速猴頭菌和靈芝菌絲的生長。灰樹花、靈芝、猴頭菌、草菇V35菌絲正常生長的適宜CO2 濃度分別為 :0 .2 %~ 0 .8%、3.5%~ 11.1%、0 .4 %~ 2 .1%和 0 .3%~ 10 %?;覙浠ā⒑镱^菌、草菇V35菌絲停止生長和死亡的CO2 濃度臨界值近似相等 ,分別為 4 .3%、5.7%和 18.9% ;而靈芝菌絲停止生長的CO2 濃度上限臨界值為18.81% ,菌絲死亡的CO2 濃度上限臨界值大于 2 0 %。
【英文摘要】 The effect of different concentration of carbon dioxide on the mycelial growth of Grifola frondosa, Ganoderma lucidum, Hericium erinaceus and Volvariella volvacea was studied by employing series-parallel connection and ventilation-cultivation-method in this paper. It was proved in our experiment that at low CO 2 concentration (0.03%),the mycelial growth rate of G. frondosa and V.volvacea was the highest, but it gradually decreased with the increment of CO 2 concentration, and that the mycelial growth rate of G.lucidum and H.erinaceus was the highest at relatively higher CO 2 concentration. And the optimal CO 2 concentrations for the mycelial growth of G.frondosa, G.lucidum, H. erinaceus and V.volvacea were 0.2%~0.8%, 0.4%~2.1%, 0.2%~10% and 3.5%~11.1% resp.,while the CO 2 concentrations with irreversible lethal effect on the mycelia of G. frondosa, H. erinaceus and V.volvaeca were 4.3% 5.7% and 18.9% resp., which could hardly be distinguished from the CO 2 concentrations needed to stop...更多 their mycelial growth.
