【中文摘要】 應(yīng)用正交試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)Fuzzy分析法 ,研究了猴頭菌袋料栽培中不同菌株、出菇方式及料袋袋寬對(duì)生物學(xué)效率的影響。結(jié)果表明 ,菌株H890 8、袋寬 180mm的料袋、兩端出菇的組合為最佳栽培模式。以此模式栽培猴頭菌 ,生物學(xué)效率達(dá) 165%。
【英文摘要】 Using Fuzzy analysis method of orthogonal experiment design, the effect of different Hericium erinaceus (Bull.) Pers. strains, fruitbody emergence pattern and circumference of cultivation bag on the biological efficiency was studied in this paper. The results indicated that the optimum cultivation pattern was the combination of strain H8908, the cultivation bag with half circumference of 180mm and two (cultivation bag) end-fruitbody-emergence pattern. Its biological efficiency was as high as 165%.
