【中文摘要】 利用原生質(zhì)體單核化技術(shù)獲得香菇栽培種 2 6的原生質(zhì)體單核體 ,以其為受體 ,選用栽培種蘇香為供體 ,通過非對稱雜交 ,選育出申香 10號。它具有優(yōu)質(zhì)、高產(chǎn)、抗逆性強(qiáng)和栽培適應(yīng)性廣等特點(diǎn) ,已開始在我國香菇主產(chǎn)區(qū)應(yīng)用 ,成為香菇主栽種之一。由此證明 ,非對稱雜交技術(shù)在香菇育種上是行之有效的方法
【英文摘要】 Protoplasted monokaryon of Lentinula edodes 26, a commercial strain, was used as acceptor parent, and another commercial strain Suxiang was used as donor parent in this study. The filial generation Shengxiang No.10 with superior quality,high yield characteristic, strong adversity-resistant ability and wide suitability, was selected through nonsymmetrical crossing as one of our main commercial strains. And it was widely extended in China. While nonsymmetrical crossing technique was proved to be an effective method for the breeding of superior Lentinula edodes strains.
