【中文摘要】 靈芝孢子合劑的主要成分為原木靈芝破壁孢子粉和原木靈芝浸膏粉 ,本研究對其安全性毒理學(xué)及保健功能進(jìn)行評價(jià)。結(jié)果表明 ,靈芝孢子合劑對兩種性別昆明種小鼠口投LD50 均大于 10 g/kg體重 ,且無任何病變、致突變作用 ,對SD大白鼠生長發(fā)育無不良影響 ,屬實(shí)際無毒物??陲暡煌瑒┝?(3g、1g、0 .33g/kg)的孢子合劑 ,昆明種小鼠S - 180和H - 2 2瘤重均顯著低于對照組 ,高劑量組抑瘤率分別為 34.8%~ 39.7%和 32 .5%~ 37.7% ;而BALB/C小鼠腹腔巨噬細(xì)胞吞噬率及脾臟自然殺傷細(xì)胞活性均明顯高于對照組 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5)。本研究認(rèn)為靈芝孢子合劑口服安全且無毒副作用 ,具有抑制腫瘤和免疫調(diào)節(jié)作用 ,符合保健食品的要求
【英文摘要】 The main components of Ganoderma lucidum spore mixture were wall broken spores and extract powder of log cultivated Ganoderma lucidum. The safety toxicology and health protection function of Ganoderma lucidum spore mixture were appraised in this paper. The results showed that the mixture was nonpoisonous in reality with an oral LD 50 >10g/kg to Kunming mice and no inducing effect of pathological changes and mutation, without harmful effect on the growth of SD mice, that the weight of tumor S-180 and tumor H-22 was lower significantly than that of the control when Kunming mice were given orally with a dosage of 3g,1g and 0.33g/kg body weight resp., and that the tumor suppressive rate of the high dosage treatment (3g/kg body weight) was 34.8%~39.7% and 32.5%~37.7% for tumor S-180 and tumor H-22 resp.. Moreover, both murine(BALB/C mice) celiac macrophage phagocytosis and spleen natural-killer-cell activity were higher than that of the control significantly (P<0.01,P<0.05).
