【中文摘要】 利用現(xiàn)代分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)擴(kuò)增獲得草菇組織分離物與草菇出發(fā)菌株的RAPD和ITS的DNA指紋圖譜 ,以此估算兩者的DNA相似系數(shù) ,并構(gòu)建了遺傳相關(guān)聚類圖。結(jié)果表明 ,兩者存在著一定的遺傳差異。
【英文摘要】 The amplified DNA fingerprints from RAPD and ITS of Volvariella volvacea tissue isolates and parental strains were obtained by modern molecular biological techniques. The DNA similarity coefficients of V. volvacea strain and tissue isolate were estimated and cluster dendrogram was constructed based on the DNA fingerprints. The results showed that genetic variation existed between these two strains.
