【中文摘要】 就不同菌種、不同菌株、不同硒濃度、不同培養(yǎng)天數(shù)以及菌種在含硒斜面上馴化與否等因素對富硒金針菇菌絲多糖含量的影響進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明 ,采用固體菌種、液體菌種和孢子菌種培養(yǎng)的金針菇 0 0 1號富硒菌絲多糖含量均高于對照 ;金針菇 12號菌絲多糖含量最高 ;一定濃度的Na2 SeO3可提高菌絲多糖含量 ;菌種在含硒斜面馴化可提高菌絲多糖含量 ;富硒菌絲以培養(yǎng) 12d時多糖含量最高。
【英文摘要】 The effect of different spawns, strains, Se concentrations, culture days and domesticated or not in Se containing slant on the polysaccharide contents in Se-accumulated Flammulina velutipes mycelia was studied. And the result showed that the Se accumulated mycelial polysaccaride contents in F. velutipes 001 strain inoculated with solid, liquid or spore spawns were all higher than that of the control, that the mycelial polysaccharide contents of F. velutipes 12 strain were the highest, and that definite concentration of Na 2SeO 3 could raise mycelial polysaccharide contents, strains domesticated in Se containing slant could increase the contents of mycelial polysaccharide and the polysaccharide contents of Se accumulated mycelia cultured for 12d were the highest.
