【中文摘要】 從貴州安順分離篩選到一株雞【 (Termitomycesalbuminosus) ,對其產(chǎn)胞外多糖特性進行研究后 ,用正交設(shè)計試驗方法獲得產(chǎn)胞外多糖優(yōu)化液體培養(yǎng)基配方如下 :玉米淀粉 1.5% ,葡萄糖 1.5% ,酵母粉 0 .4 % ,蛋白胨 0 .2 % ,KH2 PO4 0 .2 % ,MgSO4 0 .0 5% ,pH4 .8,最大胞外多糖產(chǎn)量可達 1.75g/L。

【英文摘要】 A strain of Termitomyces albuminosus was isolated and screened out from Anshun of Guizhou province. Its exopolysaccharide producing characteristics were studied. And it was identified that the optimum liquid medium for T. albuminosus exopolysaccharide production under laboratory conditions was as follows: corn starch 1.5% , glucose 1.5%,yeast extract 0.4%,peptone 0.2%, KH 2PO 4 0.2%, MgSO 4 0.05%, pH4.8, and that the highest yield of T. albuminosus exopolysaccharide was up to 1.75g/L.
