【中文摘要】 對融合子F2的培養(yǎng)條件進(jìn)行了正交試驗(yàn) ,著重對溫度、培養(yǎng)基 pH、碳源種類和氮源濃度進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明 ,35℃、pH6.0、可溶性淀粉、2 %(NH4 ) 2 SO4 為其最適培養(yǎng)條件。其最適 pH與兩個親本的基本相近 ,其最適生長溫度接近虎皮 - 0 1親本的生長溫度 ,這為融合子能在較高溫度下生長和出菇提供了條件
【英文摘要】 The culture conditions such as temperature, pH, carbon source and nitrogen source for fusant F2 were optimized. It was proved in our test that 35℃,pH6.0,soluable starch (as the carbon source) and 2% (NH 4) 2SO 4 (as the nitrogen source) were the optimal culture conditions for F2, that the optimal pH for the medium was almost the same as that of two parent strains, while the optimal temperature was the same as that of the parent Lentinus tigrinus strain and much higher than that of the parent L.edodes strain (25℃), and that fusant F2 could form fruitbody at high temperature.
