【中文摘要】 選用 2 0種配方進(jìn)行猴頭菌的栽培試驗(yàn)。培養(yǎng)料配方為棉籽殼、木屑和麥麩 ,其含N量為 0 .2 2 %~ 1.4 2 %。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明 ,猴頭菌子實(shí)體干物質(zhì)絕對(duì)生物學(xué)效率 (ABE %=y1)、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益 ( y2 )與培養(yǎng)料含N量 (N %=x1)之間的動(dòng)態(tài)關(guān)系符合Logistic方程 :y1=10 .0 0 / ( 1+3.4 2 4 2e- 2 .32 15x1) ,r′y1x1=- 0 .8648 ,P >0 .0 1;y2 =3.0 0 / ( 1+8.6791e- 2 .954 9x1) ,r′y2 x1=- 0 .8568 ,P >0 .0 1。y1、y2 與x1的相關(guān)性極顯著。配方中培養(yǎng)料最佳含N量為 1.0 0 %~ 1.2 0 %,雖然成本較高 ,但產(chǎn)量最高 ,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益最好
【英文摘要】 compost formulae were used for the cultivation of Hericium erinaceus.The compost formulae were consisted of cotton seed hull, sawdust and wheat bran. Their nitrogen content was about 0.22%~1.42%. The results of the experiments showed that the dynamic relation between the yield (absolute biological efficiency of dry fruitbody=ABE%,y 1), the economic benefits (y 2) and the nitrogen content(N%=x 1) of the compost conformed to the logistic equation:y 1=10.00/(1+3.4242 e -2.3215x 1 ), r′ y 1x 1 =-0.8648 ** ,P>0.01; y 2=3.00/(1+8.6791e -2.9549x 1 ),r′ y 2x 1 =-0.8568 ** , P>0.01. And it was proved that the relativity between y 1, y 2 and x 1 was extremely significant, and that the optimum N content in the compost formulae was 1.00%~1.20%. The production cost of this formula was higher than others, but the yield of the fruitbody was the highest and the economic benefit was the best.
