【中文摘要】 1996年自山東蒙山采得一簇蟲草子座,確認(rèn)為瘤座蟲草。經(jīng)組織培養(yǎng)、子囊孢子分離及培養(yǎng)皿特征觀察,并以分生孢子菌株回接寄主豆天蛾幼蟲獲得子實(shí)體,確定了該蟲草的無性階段,認(rèn)定其分生孢子階段為天蛾科層梗孢或杵形蟲束梗孢。應(yīng)用掃描電鏡和透射電鏡觀察了該蟲草有性階段子囊殼、子囊、子囊孢子等的超微結(jié)構(gòu),研究了該蟲草的世代交替現(xiàn)象。
【英文摘要】 A Cordyceps stroma collected from Mengshan in Shandong Province in 1996 was identified to be C. tuberculata. The asexual phase of Cordyceps tuberculata was determined through tissue culture,ascospore isolation, characteristic observation on culture plate as well as the fruitbody obtained by back - inoculation of the conidium to the larva of Clanis bilineata Walker. And the conidium phase of C. tuberculata was confirmed to be Hymenostible sphingum (Schwein) Fetch or Insecticola pisillariaeformis (Pat.) Mains. The ultrastructure of its perithecium, ascus and ascospores at sexual phase was studied with scanning electron microscope and transmission electron micro-and the metagenesis of C. tuberculata was also studied in this paper.
