【中文摘要】 不同木屑培養(yǎng)料栽培香菇菌絲生長盛期、原基形成期和子實體成熟期胞外Cx酶(羧甲基纖維素酶)和C_2酶(β-葡萄糖苷酶)的活性是逐漸增強的,以確保碳素營養(yǎng)的充分供應。不同木屑培養(yǎng)料的成分只影響酶活性的相對大小,而不影響酶活性的變化規(guī)律。纖維素酶活性對子實體形成不起決定作用。磷酸二酯酶活性先漸增,至菇蕾形成才急劇下降,抑制其活性是誘導香菇子實體和產(chǎn)量形成的關鍵因素。
【英文摘要】 The activity variation of extracellular cellulase (Cx and C2 - enzyme) and phosphodiesterase in the extraction of L. edodes hyphae cultured in sawdust media during the full spawn - run stage, primordium formation stage and fruitbody maturity stage was studied. The activity of extracellular cellulase gradually increased with the growth of hyphae to ensure sufficient C nutrition supply. It was proved in our test that the different sawdust medium could only affect the relative enzyme activity, but not the variation law of enzyme activity, that the activity of extracellular cellulase did not play the determinant effect on the formation of the fruitbody, that the phosphodiesterase activity increased gradually at first, then it reduced sharply during the primordium formation stage, and that the inhibition of phosphodiesterase activity during the primordium formation stage might be positively correlated with the yield of L. edodes, and the active ingredient produced by phosphodiesterase was t...更多he key factor in inducing the fruitbody formation and the yield of L. edodes. 還原
