【中文摘要】 羊肚菌[Morchella esculenta(L.)Pers.)]多糖具有降血脂及抗腫瘤功能。從羊肚菌培養(yǎng)液中得到分子量10000～100000萬的多糖MEP-SP,采用DEAE-纖維素離子交換柱及Sepharose CL-6B柱,以水為洗脫液,分離得水溶性多糖MEP-SP1。實驗結(jié)果表明,MEP-SP1是一種由木糖、葡萄糖、阿拉伯糖和半乳糖(摩爾比29:24:61:39)殘基為重復(fù)單元組成的雜多糖,分子量約為11 500。從紅外光譜(IR)及核磁共振氫譜(1HNMR)看出主鏈包括β-吡喃糖苷鍵。

【英文摘要】 The polysaccharide in Morchella esculenta (L. ) Pers. (MEP) has the most effective blood-fat-lowering and anticarcinogenic effect. The polysaccharide MEP-SP with the molecular weight of 10 000-100 000 was obtained from Morchella esculenta culture solution. And the water-soluble polysacchride MEP-SP1 was purified and separated by DEAE-ion exchange cellulose and Sepharose CL-6B using water as eluant. The experiment result showed that MEP-SP1 was a kind of heteropolysaccharide composed of xylose, glucose, arabinose und galactose at a moleratio of 29:24:61:39. Its molecular weight was 11 500. IR and 1HNMR analysis showed that its main chains were composed of β-pyranglycoside linkage.
