【中文摘要】 研究了金針菇、香菇、猴頭菌和靈芝在液體深層培養(yǎng)中的富硒能力。測(cè)定了不同硒濃度(從10μg/g~500μg/g)下四種食用菌的生長狀況及最大富硒能力;研究了四種食用菌在富硒深層培養(yǎng)中菌絲干重、還原糖及菌絲內(nèi)有機(jī)硒含量的變化。分析結(jié)果表明,四種食用菌都有不同程度的富硒能力,靈芝的富硒能力最強(qiáng),是其他三種食用菌的10~20倍,對(duì)硒的耐受能力可達(dá)500μg/g,菌絲內(nèi)有機(jī)硒含量最高達(dá)8000μg/g。
【英文摘要】 The selenium accumulation ability in the mycelia of Ganoderma luculum , Flammulina velutipes, Lentinula edodes and Hericium erinaceus by submerged culture was studied. The growth conditions of four edible fungi and the maximum Se accumulation ability in the mycelia were determined under different Se concentration (10μg/g-500μg/g). The changes of the dry weight, the content of the reducing sugar and organic-Se in the mye-clia of four edible fungi under submerged culture added with Se were also studied. The results showed that four edible fungi had different Se accumulation and biotransformation ability, that the Se accumulation rate of Ganoderma luculum mycelium was the highest (up to 500μg/g), 10 - 20 times higher than that of other three edible fungi, and that the content of organic Se in the mycelium of Ganoderma lucidum was up to 8000μg/g
