【中文摘要】 乳白毛木耳AupA子實(shí)體乳白色,擔(dān)孢子瞄腸形至腎形,15.25×5μm,菌絲生長(zhǎng)溫度15～33℃,適溫24～30℃,pH范圍5～6.5,蔗渣基質(zhì)最適含水量68.8％,適宜菌齡50～60d,是一個(gè)活力強(qiáng)、適應(yīng)性廣的優(yōu)良菌株。

【英文摘要】 The fruitbody colour of Auricularia polytricha AupA is milky - white. Its basidiospore is sausage shaped or kidney shaped, 15. 25 x 5μm in size. It was concluded in our test that the growth temperature for mycelia was 15 -33℃ and the optimum growth temperature for mycelia was 24 - 30℃, that the proper pH was 5 - 6. 5, and that the optimum water content for sugarcane residue media was 68.8 % , while the optimum mycelium age was 50-60d. So AupA is a kind of vigorous and widely adaptable excellent strain for commercial cultivation.
