【中文摘要】 分別用薄層層析法和高碘酸氧化法測(cè)定了蛹蟲(chóng)草(Cordyceps militaris)、冬蟲(chóng)夏草(C.Sinensis)及其發(fā)酵菌絲中腺苷和甘露醇的含量。結(jié)果證明,蛹蟲(chóng)草Y3菌株發(fā)酵菌絲的甘露醇含量達(dá)16.04%,明顯高于天然蛹蟲(chóng)草。不同來(lái)源的蛹蟲(chóng)草的腺苷含量相近,為1.4%左右。剛聯(lián)苯三酚自氧化法測(cè)定了蛹蟲(chóng)草的SOD)活性,人工栽培的蛹蟲(chóng)草SOD)活性最高,為1882U/mgPr。上述結(jié)果表明,蛹蟲(chóng)草具有和冬蟲(chóng)夏草相似的藥效成分,有重要的開(kāi)發(fā)應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
【英文摘要】 The contents of adenosine and mannitol in several Cordyceps militaris strains were determined with thin - layer chromatography and periodic acid oxidation method resp. . The results indicated that the mannitol con-tent in the fermented hyphae of C. militaris Y3 strain was 16.4%, significantly higher than that in the natural C. militaris, and that the adenosine content in various C. militaris strains was about 1.4%. The SOD activity of artificially cultured C. militaris was the highest, arriving at 1882 U/mg protein. It was concluded that C. mili-taris and C. sinensis had similar medicine components, and that C. mititaris was worth developing.
