【中文摘要】 用72個隨機引物,對三種類型雙孢蘑菇菌株2796(雜交型)、8211(優(yōu)質型)、01(高產型)等進行RAPD擴增,發(fā)現(xiàn)26個引物均產生三種不同的帶型。用該26個引物進一步作三種類型9株雙孢蘑菇白色菌株的RAPD擴增,發(fā)現(xiàn)引物U16、U20、B1、H4、H5、M7能很好地區(qū)分三類菌株,尤以U20和H5為佳,其產生的三種帶型穩(wěn)定整齊,差異帶明顯,為雙孢蘑菇菌株特性的早期預測提供了DNA水平的標記。
【英文摘要】 Three types of A . bisporus strains including 27% ( hybrid type), 8211 (excellent - quality type) and 01 (high- yield type) were studied hy RAPD amplification reaction with 72 random primers. It was found that 26 primers all presented three different band patterns resp. . Further study was carried out with 26 primers and 9A. bisporus strains of three types. As a result, 6 primers--U16, U20, B1, H4, H5 and M7 were proved to heable to distinguish the three types of strains very well, especially primers U20 and H5, they were the best primers with stable and regular band patterns and obvious diversity bands, providing a DNA level marker for the prediction of the characteristics of A . bisporus strains.
