【中文摘要】 對(duì)6株金針菇菌絲在發(fā)育過程中的生長(zhǎng)變化規(guī)律作了比較研究。結(jié)果表明,不同菌株在不同培養(yǎng)時(shí)期菌絲的生長(zhǎng)量與各自的可溶性蛋白含量的變化有密切的關(guān)系;而在同一培養(yǎng)時(shí)期,各菌株的菌絲生長(zhǎng)量與可溶性蛋白含量無明顯的關(guān)系。雜交菌株Z76的菌絲生長(zhǎng)量和可溶性蛋白含量高于雙親,可與雜交19號(hào)相媲美。
【英文摘要】 A comparative study on the hypha change pattern of six Flammulina velutipes strains at different growth periods was reported in tins paper. The results showed that under different growth periods, the hypha growth rate of each strain and the changes of the soluble protein content were closely related, while no significant relations were found between the hypha growth rate of each strain and their soluble protein content under the same growth periods. And strain Z76, was superior to the parent strains in hypha growth rate and the soluble protein content which can compare favourably with the crossing strain No. 19.
