【中文摘要】 本研究以雙孢蘑菇原生質(zhì)體同核體及雜交異核體為材料,用5對隨機(jī)雙引物進(jìn)行RAPD分析。結(jié)果表明,RAPD反應(yīng)擴(kuò)增出的特異DNA譜帶能夠?qū)⒃|(zhì)體同核體與異核體出發(fā)菌株以及雜交異核體與同核體親本明顯區(qū)別開來。因此,RAPD分析是一種快速有效的手段,能夠在雙孢蘑菇的遺傳研究和菌種改良中發(fā)揮重要作用。
【英文摘要】 Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA( RAPD) analysis was conducted with 5 random paired primers in protoplasted homokaryons and hybrid heterokaryons of Agaricus bisporus in this study. The results revealed that protoplasted homokaryons and hybrid heterokaryons were distinguished obviously from relevant heterokaryons and parental homokaryons by some amplified polymorphic DNA bands. It was suggested that RAPD analysis was a useful technique, and that it could play an important role in genetic research and strain improvement of Agaricus bisporus .
