【中文摘要】 本文比較系統(tǒng)地研究了培養(yǎng)基、酶解時(shí)間及單雙層培養(yǎng)法等因素對(duì)靈芝原生質(zhì)體再生的影響。結(jié)果表明,纖維二糖培養(yǎng)基及雙層培養(yǎng)法比較適合靈芝原生質(zhì)體再生??紤]到靈芝原生質(zhì)體的得率以及不同酶解時(shí)間制備的靈芝原生質(zhì)體的再生率,酶解2.5h的靈芝原生質(zhì)體用于再生比較合適。
【英文摘要】 The effect of medium, enzymolysis time and single or double layer culture method on protoplast regeneration of Ganoderma lucidum was investigated systematically in this paper. The results showed that the cel-lobiose medium and double layer culture method were most suitable for protoplast regeneration of Ganoderma lucidum . Taking into account the protoplast production rate and the regeneration rate of the protoplasts, it was concluded that the most proper enzymolysis time was 2.5h.
