【中文摘要】 羊肚菌液體搖瓶培養(yǎng)條件以及適用培養(yǎng)基的篩選研究表明,PYG培養(yǎng)基(含0.1％酵母提取物的PDA)合適的液體培養(yǎng)條件是:25℃,100r/min,裝量100mL/500mL三角瓶,加10粒玻璃珠,pH7.5。正交實(shí)驗(yàn)篩選的搖瓶培養(yǎng)基組成為麥芽汁50％,玉米粉1.5％,酵母提取物0.5％,蔗糖1.5％,以此培養(yǎng)基為基礎(chǔ),篩選出4種生物量較高的液體培養(yǎng)基。

【英文摘要】 It was proved in selecting optimum medium for submerged culture of Morchella conica that the proper submerged culture conditions for PYG medium were 25℃, 100r/min, pH7.5, and 100mL liquid medium put in 500mL bottle with 10 glassballs, and that the constituents of shaking medium selected by orthogonal test were 50% malt extract, 1.5% com meal, 0.5% yeast extract plus 1.5% sucrose. Based on the medium selected, 4 groups of liquid medium with higher quantity of biomass were screened.
