【中文摘要】 本試驗(yàn)對(duì)阿魏蘑和香平菇(本實(shí)驗(yàn)室培育的四倍體側(cè)耳)進(jìn)行種間有性雜交獲得成功,在F_2代中出現(xiàn)廣泛的遺傳分離,說(shuō)明種間有性雜交可作為食用菌育種的有效手段。試驗(yàn)還探討了阿魏蘑的起源問(wèn)題。

【英文摘要】 The interspecific sexual hybridization between Pleurotus ferulae and Pleurotus sp., a tetraploid Pleurotus strain generated in our laboratory, was successfully carried out in this study. And it was concluded that the wide range of genetic segregation appeared in F2 indicated that the interspecific sexual hybridization among edible fungus strains might play an effective role in the breeding of new edible fungus strains. While the origin of Pleurotus ferulae was also discussed in this paper.
