【中文摘要】 羧甲基茯苓多糖(Carboxymethylpachymaran,CMP)100μg/ml對人外周血淋巴細胞(HPBL)誘生腫瘤壞死因子(TNF)、白細胞介素-6(IL-6)、干擾素-γ(IFN-γ)的效價比常規(guī)誘生分別高7.4、0.5、10.9倍;CMP100μg/ml與PHA10gg/ml或Con A5μg/ml復合誘生TNF、IL-6、IFN-γ的效價比常規(guī)誘生分別高31.5、1.8、28.9倍;CMP100μg/ml與PHA10μg/ml、Con A5μg/ml三聯(lián)誘生TNF、IL-6、IFN-γ的效價比常規(guī)誘生分別高90.2、4.7、63.2倍;CMP100μg/ml與PHA10μg/ml復合誘導HPBL產(chǎn)生粒-巨噬細胞集落刺激因子(Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulatingfactor,GM-CSF)的效價可以達到8×104U/ml以上。
【英文摘要】 It was proved that the titer of CMP 100μg/ml on tumor necrosis factor (TNF), Interleukin -6(IL -6), interferon-γ (IFN-γ) induced from human peripheral blood lymphocyte (HPBL) was 7.4, 0.5, 10.9 times greater than that produced by conventional induction resp., that the titer of CMP 100μg/ml combined with PHA 10μg/ml or Con A 5μg/ml on TNF ,IL-6 IFN-γ was 31.5, 1.8, 28.9 times greater than that produced by conventional induction resp., and that the titer of CMP 100μg/ml combined with PHA 10μg/ml and Con A 5μg/ml on TNF, IL-6, IFN-γ was 90.2, 4. 7, 63.2 times greater than that produced by conventional induction resp. . While the titer of CMP 100μg/ml combined with PHA 10μg/ml on the production of granulocyte -macrophage colony - stimulating factor (GM - CSF) induced from HPBL would be greater than 8×104U/ml.
