【中文摘要】 用三十烷醇、α-萘乙酸和玉米素處理香菇507菌絲體,并測(cè)定菌絲生長(zhǎng)速度和羧甲基纖維素酶、半纖維素酶、愈創(chuàng)木酚氧化酶的活性。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,不同生長(zhǎng)調(diào)節(jié)劑對(duì)香菇菌絲體的生長(zhǎng)速度及三種胞外酶活性的影響不同。三種生長(zhǎng)調(diào)節(jié)劑雖能影響菌絲生長(zhǎng)速度和三種胞外酶的活性,但不能改變其變化趨勢(shì)。此外,本文還討論了菌絲生長(zhǎng)速度和三種胞外酶活性的調(diào)控機(jī)制。
【英文摘要】 The mycelium of Lentinula edodes 507 was treated by melissyl alcohol, naphthylacetic acid and zeatin. Then the mycelium growth rate and carboxymethyl cellulase, hemicellulase and guaiacol oxidase activity were measured in this study. The results showed that different kinds of growth regulator had different effect on the growth rate of mycelium and the activity of 3 ectoenzymes. It was concluded that although three growth regulators used had effect on mycelium growth rate and enzyme activity, it could not change the trend of variation. While the mycelium growth rate and the activity regulation mechanism of 3 ectoenzymes were also discussed in this study.
