【中文摘要】 本文選用了102個(gè)分離于雙孢蘑菇菇床上的木霉菌株(Trichoderma sp.),其中93株來(lái)自美國(guó),3株來(lái)自加拿大,6株來(lái)自英國(guó)。利用RAPD技術(shù)進(jìn)行遺傳差異測(cè)定。25個(gè)隨機(jī)引物共擴(kuò)增出223條DNA帶,在此基礎(chǔ)上分析并構(gòu)建了遺傳相關(guān)聚類圖。結(jié)果表明,美國(guó)與加拿大雙孢蘑菇菇床上分離的木霉菌株相似性極高,達(dá)95%左右;而與英國(guó)的木霉菌株遺傳距離較遠(yuǎn),遺傳相似性低于50%。
【英文摘要】 The genetic diversity analysis of 102 Trichoderma sp. strains isolated from Agaricus bisporus cultural bed, of which 93 were from America, 3 were from Canada and 6 were from England, was conducted by RAPD in this study. A total of 223 products were amplified with 25 arbitrary primers and genetic similarity dendrogram was constructed on it. It was noted that less genetic diversity existed between American and Canadian strains of Trichoderma with a similarity index of about 95 % . But more genetic diversity existed between English and American strains of Trichoderma and the genetic similarity index was below 50 % .
