【中文摘要】 用濾紙片法測(cè)定多菌靈對(duì)綠色木霉菌絲生長的毒力,回歸方程為y=-1.2997+2.9544×±0.1482,方差分析表明完全符合實(shí)際。用改良的涂布平板法測(cè)定,多菌靈對(duì)綠色木霉分生孢子萌發(fā)無抑制作用,當(dāng)初生菌絲生長至12.50~28.33μm時(shí),菌絲先端畸形,從而抑制菌絲生長、分生孢子梗分化和分生孢子的形成。
【英文摘要】 It was proved with filter paper slice method that the toxicity regression equation of carbendazim on T. viride was y = - 1.2997 + 2.9544X±0.1482. The result of variance analysis showed that it was conformed to reality. It was confirmed by improved smearing plate culture method that there was no inhibition effect of carbendazim on T. viride spore germination. But the ultimate of hypha was swelled to inhibit mycelium growth, conidio-phore differentiation and conidium formation when primary hyphae grew to 12.50-28.33μm.
