【中文摘要】 擔(dān)子菌的有性發(fā)育過(guò)程是由交配型基因控制的,多個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)相似、功能相關(guān)的交配型基因組成基因簇,交配型位點(diǎn)則由1~2個(gè)基因簇組成。目前的研究結(jié)果表明,A交配型位點(diǎn)的交配型基因編碼兩類含相似同源結(jié)構(gòu)域的蛋白質(zhì),兩類蛋白質(zhì)相互作用形成異源二聚體,調(diào)節(jié)依賴于A因子的發(fā)育過(guò)程。B位點(diǎn)的交配型基因編碼信息素及其受體,是核遷移過(guò)程所必需的。
【英文摘要】 It was concluded from recent research that the sexual development in basidiomycete was regulated by mating type genes, that gene cluster was composed of several mating type gene with similar construction and related functions while mating type locus on chromsome was composed of one or two clusters, that two kinds of protein with similar homeodomain were encoded by mating type genes in A mating type locus, and that heterodimers were formed with the interaction of these two kinds of proteins, by which the A - factor - dependent development process was regulated, while pheromone and its receptor were encoded by mating type gene in B mating type locus which was necessary for nuclear migration.
